IVF GOT… a diversion

Low impact hobby.

Don’t forget to find a hobby to help you unwind, especially on days when you're feeling drained or after appointments. Things like knitting, baking, painting, journaling, or gardening can be a great way to channel your energy into something relaxing and positive.

Your body is being put through the wringer, both mentally and physically. During treatment and recovery, your doctor may deem it too risky to do physically activities like yoga, biking, running or swimming. Finding a low impact outlet that truly distresses you and is not physically demanding can help distract you when life gets tough.

Soundtrack.

Personally, there’s no one like Celine Dion, Tina Turner, and a few romcom soundtracks to get my through trying times.
